Chef de Partie required for small luxurious Boutique Hotel & Restaurant in Edinburgh – full time – immediate start
Skerries Restaurant at The Dunstane in Edinburgh is currently looking for a chef de partie to join our small team. Our restaurant focuses primarily on Orcadian and Scottish produce and we are passionate about the sourcing and sustainability of our ingredients and produce and working closely with our suppliers to provide the best quality for our customers.
We are looking for a talented chef who is able to confidently and successfully maintain the Head Chef’s standards on his days off and run the kitchen, who will be responsible for completing all preparation work and maintaining a consistently excellent standard of cooking and high standard of cleanliness required in our kitchen.
Candidate will be trained to CDP level at least with a willingness to learn and develop his or her skills as our aim this year is working towards rosettes. Must have excellent English, excellent time keeping and be a good team member and able to work unsupervised.
Hours are full time, 5 days from 7. Will include both split shifts and straight shifts. Salary is competitive and dependent on individual candidate with added gratuities.
