Pickering’s is the first gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh in 150 years. The award winning, hand crafted gin is perfectly distilled at Summerhall Distillery. Next door to The Royal Dick, they offer a spectacularly smooth and flavoursome gin experience with a hint of its orient past. Tours last 45-50 minutes, and with tastings at the different stages of the distilling process, you’re sure to have a gin jolly.
